never seen wbs shrink..

i usually shake it up good before it gets to that point.. but i wouldn't suggest shaking/breaking it up until you are ready to birth it at this point..

moisture.. bah that's ok.. couldn't tell you why it's there, but i can pretty much tell you it's not a big deal..

could be metabos starting or something.. no telling, really. probably not a big deal though.

Thanks for the reply, again, drn.

I prematurely (maybe) used one of the pints from this same batch last monday to g2g into 2 quarts of wbs and 2 quarts of coir/coffee. I'm thinking these other pints are ready to rock, I might use them to g2g into as many quarts as I can considering it's been a week and the new g2g quarts are going off like wildfire. 50% colonized in 1 week.

The top 1/2 of the coir/coffe is covered in the fuzz (good fuzz) but the bottom 1/2 is still mostly coir/coffe with specs of myc within, the heat that this 6qt sweater box emits is astonishing! The temp is 3deg higher around this box than the rest of the closet. I'm rambling, but yes thanks for the info.

I had a 50 gallon tub and while it was colonizing I stuck a candy therm. in the center and he temp was almost 100 F so I had to drop the room temp down to 70 and it was still at 90.
P.S it was a 7in thick sub Hpoo/coir/coffe layer with a 1in 50/50 casing layer. oh and It was orrisa.

I just got some Orrisa spores myself. I'm planning on using them with my next grow. Probably a multi spore grow. I hear the fruits are huge. I look forward to some pics

They are massive, use an LC to knock up your spawn because it isnt the fastest strain, also only use a poo based sub cause they grow best on that.

I just got some earthgro steer manure hopefully that will work ok but unfortunately the only LC I have ready is Clone LC from an Oaxaca fruit and I plan on inoculating some cakes tomorrow with each strain I have. Probably 1/2 pint jars but with the clone LC I'm gonna innoc one of my new 1 pint jars since it will colonize quicker. I'm thinking since it was the biggest Oaxaca fruit I had. A pint cake should give me lots. This is gonna be my first time working with clone LC or any LC for that matter.

I haven't decided whether to case some and pf cake grow others.
