So I'm sick and feel like shit..I'm thinking about going to the gym just for the sauna. What do you guys think about this plan?

Saunas are awesome. Or if you don't want to go that far put you oven as high as it goes and toss some big rocks in there for awhile, then use a towel to pull them out and put em in a big ceramic bowl and sit in your bathroom and water on them, and leave your shower running on HOT. Homemade sauna!

I'm just commin' off of a week under the weather... being sick sucks. Congestion, ugh!
I just hope you put a sign on the public sauna door saying you're sick!
Hotboxing your illness in a public sauna is a bit selfish imo.

Yeah, I already feel a little squicked out in my gym's sauna...ladies of all ages, shapes and sizes go in there with no clothes on and just sit around. I always make sure I wear at least wear something on my ass.

this thread reminded me to hit up the sauna.
Ive been drinking water all day and i went at like 9pm. there were lots of guys in there but none of em were sweatin like i was. i swear. 25minutes and the whole area around me was soaked. it was like drip drip drip drip drip every second.
ive been sick the past couple days too. here's to hopin its not so bad tomorrow.
