semi new to shrooms, cubensis question, what is on this stem?

Well I just picked up an eighth, I have done shrooms before in the past, so im familiar with them, had some liberty caps. (yummeh) anyways, on these "closed cap" cubensis, I found some black dots what looks like moldish, here's a pic.
you can see it on the stem.

Hmmm... Can't really tell. You sure it's not just some blue bruising?

I don't think it's going to hurt you.

The blue is most likely bruising from picking/drying, like longbottom leaf said.

You can try to wipe it off and see if you get a transfer to paper towel.
