Yes that's Right Austria, not Australia. Near Seefeld, They were eating them, lady had a basket full. Sorry not much other detail.

i always want to know is hygrocybe conica witch hat´s is really active any commnet,, and the other is maybe something with brown spores if not can be a lactarius like rufus but no it .
but i really an impreess did not the lady fly away,

I have never heard of people eating Hygrocybe conica before. Sounds really slimy.

I didn't take the pics, the person who did may have confused the picked specimens in the basket, which were yellow apparently, for the hydro on the ground.

that make seense to eat chanterrelle insted of hygrocybe i also see one that look like lactarius piperatus or a white russula,
nice basket all the spores can leave with out problem and very light way ,

With a basket like that you would be inoculating trail the whole way back.
