cakes ready to birth?

i have 3 1/2 pint brfs that have been in incuAator fro almost 1 oth, they are completeley white even on the bottom except for some tiny spots where verm shows through. the cakes appear to have shrunk and there is condensatation all indise the glass and some of the mycellium is a little off-colored. no pins have fromed yet and that 1/2 inch layer of dry verm to keep out the contaminants is covered in myc too. shpuld i brth thesse cakes?

is it time yet/?

Sounds about time to me. It's a good idea to leeave them in the jar a week after they are covered in white to allow the mycelium to consolidate its hold on the substrate.

According to the video Let's grow mushrooms, you should remove the verm and then dunk and roll them.

If you mean what was the dry verm layer on top, then I do.
Clean em up under running water and then dunk n roll em
