Actually i don' know if it is necessary to do this but i just wanted to whine a lil bit here .
Those who are living in USA and who can find most of the things that is mentioned here within a 3 km radius i hate you ( joking =) . While other people are just going out and buying everything in one trip to town or the nearest wall-mart . If you also have to do the stuff that i was messing with i wonder how many newcomers will continue willingly . Let me tell you the troubles and the trips that i had .
Jars : To find two piece lid jars i had to go through 4 different shops .
Shoulderless jars : This one was one of the easiest thanks to some people mentioning bonne maman jars in europe .
Tyvek : Guess what they don't hand out free tyveks in the post office . I have called over 6 shops to find tyvek and had to have a trip of 40 mins just to buy tyvek .
Rye : They don't sell rye never ever , nowhere after wondering around the city looking for healthy product shops i lost my hope . To find rye had to order online with a lot of postage money . Pressure cooker : Pressure cookers doesn't have gauges . to understand their operating temperatures i had to call factory of 4 different pressure cooker brand factories and had to have disscusions in a language that i just started learning to find out that they all operate at 112 centigrade . Guess what had to order it from england with a shipping price more than the product itself .
Perlite : Right now i'm still struggling to find some god damn perlite over the forums and internet , found somehere that only sells in 100 lt sacks and i don't have enough space for that so im still looking for that ( and the nearest one i found was some sacks used in isolation =)
Vermiculite : Coarse grade of vermiculite can be found after hours of searching in another language and calling 3 different shops .
Pure water : --- not found yet H202 : --- not found yet Peat moss : Not available in any gardening shops found one in some agricultural blah blah in 80 lt sacks again because i don't have the space had to order it online Coco coir : nowhere
this thing is taking nights and days from me , ive been seeing shrooms in my dreams , seeing that i found peat moss in my dreams ... anyway just wanted to share with you and whine if anything else comes to my mind i ' ll edit the post =) . Peace .

Yeah, I live in the US, but that doesn't mean anything, let me tell you. I too have experienced the same as you, although not as extreme. I don't live near any standard shipping lines so everything may as well be shipped overseas for the prices I'm paying. Something I learned while here is that one doesn't need to stick to the norm. With a LOT of reading and some really educated guess work a lot can be substituted for. For example other Shroomerites are experimenting with shredded wax paper as a casing thus eliminating the need for peat moss (if it works). Try finding a pillow stuffed with synthetic materials (Poly something) it works the same as tyvek. There is an alternative to almost everything you listed up there (not to belittle your suffering).

I have been lurking through shroomery more than posting believe me =) For casing i won't stick with something that i don't see being proven over and over by some juries of shroomery members =) For polyfill i bought a pillow thats%100 polyfill but than messed up some of the jars while inoculating ( pushed the poly fill in the jars ) so i found that tyvek would be more handy =) i'm sorry for your case too we should stick in these hard times to get over it =)

instead of tyvek and rye, it might be easier to find polyfill and wild birdseed, have you tried looking for these worthwhile alternatives?
have you tried to see if you can find any of these things on ebay?

Pure water : --- not found yet
uh sure lol

H202 : --- not found yet
hopefully you won't even need this

Coco coir : nowhere
Ebay! Or just harass your nearby gardening supermarket till they order some in
good luck eh i know how hard it can be to find some of this crazy stuff lol
edit: sorry lol just saw you bought polyfill

Yeah,... hard times. Say, do you have any horses around? Perhaps an outdoor tek would suit you more?

But yeah... I FEEL YOUR PAIN!

i just want to buy h202 for general purposes and to be available when i need it . and to tell the truth haven't searched for the water yet since perlite is needed urgently im putting all my effort in that . Coco coir i can't find it in any gardening store , the world is upside down around here man don't think everything is like in usa =) you don't find gardening stores easily and when you find you try to negotiate with gardening store workers like a jungle man in another language just to find out that they dont have perlite but just these geolite stuff but that is not what im searching for my project anyway =) yes i can find it on ebay but didn't mention it anyway i am tired off all these ordering online , since im living in another country and every 2 days recieving different volumed boxes i have a feeling the janitor might be suspicious . Peace

There are grow (i.e. smart) shops in Italy. You will be able to find fine verm, perlite, peat, worm castings, coir, etc. If not go to your local Vivaio or garden center.
Rye is called Segale in Italian.
You can use the 112ºc PC if you want to. They are called slow PCs in contrast with the fast PC's which run at 15psi and are harder to find (but obtainable at catering stores)
For peroxide go to a pharmacy and ask for perossido di idrogeno or acqua ossigenata

For me, if i was in a new land far from home and i wanted to begin this kind of a project, i would find a successful method using only the easiestly obtained materials. You don't have to have a pressure cooker, if you're doing pf cakes - which is what i would do (because its super easy). You will need brown rice flour (or at least the rice if you have a morter and pestle (lol) or a processor) verm, water, spores initially. i would also obtain some alcohol. anyway, it would be a fun project i would think. Good luck!

in you post you say that you live in Europe. Europe is a cereal producing country.
you do not have to use rye, rye is a grain and all grains are cereal. you should easily be able to find many cereals as well as the straw that they were grown on, in your area, that will support the growth of fungi. find a feed & seed store (dunno what they are called in Europe) they will have all the grains and substrate you can handle. see if they have small weights like a kilo of grain stuffs, and bails of straw (its cattle feed aka any cereal straw).
many fungi will grow on any grains you can find. provided you give the grains the proper moisture content (full hydration but not over-hydrated) along with proper temperature all wrapped up in a sterile environment.
its a pain because you are using the pf tek instead of bulk growing.
don't be misled by the term "bulk growing" as it can be done on a much smaller scale to support personal use as well.
I'm no language expert but i believe, the word "bulk" in the term "bulk grow" is relative to the term (please correct me if I'm wrong) and is confusing to many people who are interested in growing only enough for themselves and a select few people for ritual style consumption. this leads many to pf tek. while a famously good way to throw money out the window, it is a great introduction to mycology. take this initial step (cleanly and without contamination)and move on.
use "bulk growing" teks on a smaller scale and you will be impressed with how much cheaper and how much more time efficient it is. using "bulk growing teks" you can produce as much or more substrate for much much less than what you are spending to do "pf tek" style growing.
the issue of clean or pure water is no issue unless your paranoid or you live in a 3rd world country, in which case growing mush would be the least of your problems. just leave your tap water in a open pot for 24hrs then boil it for 30 minutes. guaranteed good enough for mushrooms.
sorry for the long winded post but tried to address several things for you.
*edit* if you need any help just give those damn yanks a holler.

thank you for your comment crazy earl . actually i tried a lot of different grains , but when i was in my country ( not usa ) and where i am right now , they don't have grains believe me . i'm not just whining sitting on my but screamin " i can't find anything =*( " i spend hours for alot of days going in every direction in the city .
At last i found grains but as told , i had to order it online from some biological products shop (which is perfect for fungi!! ) and that was the only online shop that sells rye ... But for now actually today i am really happy since my 4 kg of rye is on their way by post ... my pressure cooker arrived today which can cook at 15 psi !!!! and thanks to nibins instructions i found a grow shop which sells perlite and coco coir today !!!! but even to find the grow shop i searched on the internet and spotted 7 grow shops on map and guess what first 3 that i went to was closed .. i was about to loose my hope but gave a last chance and at the 4 th shop they were open ... and besides bought 20 lts of perlite and 1 brick of coir for 15 € so it sooo expensive . they charged me 12.5€ for 20 lt of perlite Pf tek was just the gateway before my pressure cooker arrive tomorrow will be cooking 4 wbs jars . then 3 of these will be cased with peat moss .. and 1 of them will be spawned to coco coir for a small spawn operation =)) can't wait for it =))) wooo hooooo!!!
I have one questions to coir spawners . I couldn't find calicum carbonate yet or . a nitrogen source are there anyone who spawned without these and seen normal growth or potency ?
peace everyone .
