Any comments? I used brf cakes, Texas strain, soaked in spring water for 24 hours in the fridge, then rolled in dry verm. Six days after birth.

Thats very nice, good pinset for a first time, i usually get slightly less than that but mys hrooms tend to be bigger. I would be well chuffed with those 
Make some LC clones and see if you can increase you pinset by using the lc clone to inoc the cakes, u will be amazed at how fast they colinise from LC too!!

allo appolyon350.. just out of curiosity how did u get such a gd pinset?? thats really fucking impressive... happy growing and if u cud let us no wat steps u took to achieve such a nice first flush i will be greatly appreciative.. i am now about to birth my cakes but was wondering weather to dunk and roll or not.. what would u reccomend..

Ive been working with Texas strain for about the last 2 months,they have always given me at least 70 grams fresh weight,each flush,on pint cakes.Excellent strain,not very big,but a very prolific fruiter.
  this is every flush

Here is a silly little tray of Texas. WBS spawn to HPoo .... maybe Coir/Coffee grounds (I was playing with both). The substrate is only 1 1/2" deep .... not optimal, I know.
I did monotubs with deeper substrates and got bigger fruits.
Texas grew pretty big for me.
Nice grow MAN.

NO, he didn't crumble cakes and case, that is something pointless to do, as dunk and roll does the job as well without the extra risks.
He SPAWNED the cakes to BULK SUBSTRATE, and then cased.
Crumbling a cake on its own and covering with verm or some other casing mix will not get you extra fruits as you are not adding any nutrients.
