Push up Pro (product suggestion)

I urge everybody here to get a set of these:
http://www.asseenontv.com/prod-pages/push_up_grips_ontv.html
They are awesome for two reasons:
1. They are "gadgety" and thus make push-ups funner. 2. They stress more muscles than a normal pushup.
I am not a paid endorser for the company. But, I'm totally serious about these things being awesome.

I have a general rule-of-thumb to not buy exercise equipment that has been seen on TV.

Good rule of thumb to follow. Most TV exercise shit is a scam. This is not.

I don't see how that prevents the stress from being placed on the wrists considering they are at the same angle and the same amount of weight is being carried

Well, I don't really focus on the whole "reduced stress" aspect of the things. Although, I do notice that my wrists don't feel as "used" after doing push ups on the pro thingees versus normal pushups.

I thought that too. Then I tried them and I am totally stoked on them. Are they necessary? No. But, they are cool for somebody like me who wanted to switch up his push up routine and make things more interesting/challenging.

my brother and I took Tae Su Do when we were really young, but Master Lee taught us to d knuckle pushups instead of palmed. Eseentially, it's the exact same form/movement as that product
try some knucklepushups then those and see which is better
I fucked up my right wrist last year in a bicycle accident, and doing pushups has been bothering it lately. I'm thinking of doing knuckles instead of palms for a few weeks and see if that helps
I wish I could do triangles...almost able to do one, though

walmart has a pair for $8. you could've saved some money there.
they're also handles, rather than flat pads, that extend several inches above the ground allowing you to dip deeper.

put your palms flat, and put your hands together to where a triangle is formed with the thumbs and index
i've seen people who can do sets of these like they are normal pushups, but they were also really strong people
it works your pecs and virtually every stabilizer muscle in the region
