Imperfection is what to you?

I'll answere with what i know it to be.
Imperfection means inability to fullfill everything you want to experience.

Imperfection is a means through which we experience we can experience ability because lack of ability to do something, makes the absence through which the presence of fullness of ability can be experience and be known(same thing really).

Anothe reason i think imperfection exists is because with it, arises the expeirence of perfection. I can prove to you that you know what perfection is.

If you can speak of imperfection, as quality that can be attributed to something, you inadvertently say what is not perfection. Why?
Because imperfection is not perfection and perfection is not imperfection.

Think of imperfection as a color...if you were born in a room of imperfection(darkness) all your life, i do not see how you would be able to distinguish that it is dark and even a color if there are not other colors around to draw a distinction from. because a distinction is like a reflective material where you can see what it is through what it is not.(the key word is known, because we can experience things without distinguishing things)

Example of this: If i ask you to describe a color what happens?
I begin to describe it with other qualities, that are no different than colors. Ie/ I think white is softer color than black. Softer is not different than saying i think softer is a more white sensation that harder. they are inversions of the each other.

From this i can see that color, descriptions and thus words, are even only distinguishable in the presence of other words. Imagine that you saw a raibow of colors with blue in it. I ask you, "hey what is blue" You quickly point to blue on the rainbow.
At the same time you did this, you also distinguished the other colors on the raibow as 'not blue' too. To prove this, choose an inversion of the question: what is not blue and see how you would point to all the colors that blue are not, in the same inverted way of pointing to a color that is blue.

In this i know that all things are within other things, they all exist mutually as important as all others, because without one you could not know the other one.

Oneness, is this very idea. That all things exist as one thing. Like good and bad, right and wrong, red and blue, all things exists in reality as reflections of another. it is the same with people: look into the eyes of someone you like or see as important and what happens is you see the reason for their importance and likeability in them, which is the unimportance and unlikeability of another.

Light just wouldnt seem bright without darkness! This is the reason for imperfection, i believe and a practical reason for oneness.

--------------------
The mind is a creative tool. It searches to protect you, through message sensations(feelings). It is no different than a computer, you need to make sure its anti-virus program is in check and that it doesnt have a script that limits your experience, because of to much precaution.

And remember the computer does not appear to respond to words of anger and frustration - just give it input, in the form of new meanings that you know to be true and its messages to you and the limits it lays out for you, will change.

Guilt is an outcome of believing you are the cause of the problems.

Yet, we are not a cause to something, we see is negative or bad - Unless you believe your intentions are directed towards a bad outcome....

Only man could come up with something as insane as imperfection.

If light shines perfectly, how can imperfection make it more perfect?

How can something be one when there is a hidden aspect to it? If something is hidden it implies a part of it is unknown, and then therefore the knowledge that it is one is unknowable, and if it cant be known as one, it could be a million. Something is one when it is known fully as itself.

If something needed imperfection to define itself would it not be dependent on something imperfect, and if so, would not that dependency make it self imperfect?

So Id say God did not create imperfection, man did, and given each moment he can choose with God, or with his imperfections.

Neat though..

One light one would see, if one saw the perfect light?

To be able to individualize it, one needs shadows?

Think about it this way. Most people I know want there to be no sadness, no depression, no pain, no suffering, etc. because they assume they're imperfect for example. God created things this way because without these negatives we'd be in a perpetual state of happiness, completely destroying EVERYTHING that makes us human. (this was only an example)
Imperfection IS perfection.

(re-read the thread. By coincidence, this is just a very concise summery of an earlier post by JoseLibrado)

SO moving towards a better society would in your opinion be bad thing?

That is wrong. How do you jump to stating that living without pain and hatred and evil would destroy our humanity? What nonsense. We can feel pain, therefore if we don't feel pain we're not human or expresing our humanity? Wrong. evil and sorrow and pain and corruption attack humanity and corrupt the fabric of society.

And if we're feeling pain we are human? SO do you want to be inflicted with pain to cherish your sense of humanity? Your value system is all messed up, and that's not how it works in real life.

We have the ability to decipher right from wrong. Wrong being imperfection.

Thus, we wouldn't be human if we couldn't do this.
