Need More Fiber in Your Diet?

Well besides recommending the regular stuff. benefiber is a good thing to have around and it tastes great. but i just found these bars that are 150 calories and have 9 grams of fiber in each bar and taste amazing! theyre called "Fiber One" and i love the oats and peanut butter flavor type.

so i just wanted to mention how good these bars are not only for fiber intake but taste wise. so anyone who needs more fiber in their diet... which really is everyone cus most people dont get enough fiber.. check out how much fiber males and females need and youll see. theyre different amounts. males need more btw. but most people dont get near the amount needed.

these are vital for fiber intake and taste... pick em up! try em out! whatever! i love em!

I recently discovered cole-slaw- chopped cabbage with mayo, Vitamin C+E yumm.

i have fiber one bars aswell... my parents gave me a box since i eat 0 healthy food and need more fiber...

remember stoners: DO NOT GET THE MUNCHIES AND EAT A LOT OF FIBER ONE BARS - the end result is NOT pretty.

Yesterday I ate a big bowl of homemade coleslaw for breakfast and then 4 burgers for lunch and steamed veggies for dinner.

I'm proud of myself.

(I didn't eat the buns, in case you were wondering)
