Polyfill vs. Tyvek in a monotub
    #7392221 - 09/10/07 02:44 PM (16 years, 6 months ago)

Will tyvek work as well as polyfill in a monotub? If not, what is polyfill generally used for?

Polyfill is used as stuffing in toy animals. Its available at most craft/fabric stores. I have never tried to use tyvek in a mono tub so I cant help you there.

I've heard that Tyvek is generally not as good.

I as wondering where to get Polyfill myself recently but it's ridiculously simple. Any arts & crafts store like Michaels or Hobby Lobby will have it. They come in giant bags for $3-4.
