LC inoculation question

whats up guys and girls. I have 2 more jars im gettin ready to knock up and i have a couple lcs goin on. Im wondering how much the lc should be colonized/ how much myc in the syringe is required to inoculate properly?

seems that some people have their LCs colonize all the way, and some only like 50%

As long as you can get a decent amount of mycelium into the syringe it is a proper inoculation. When you load the syringe and shake it small amounts of mycelium should be distributed through out it, then it is ready.
