PF Spawn Poo Invitro - Help !

Hello everyone ! Help - I can't decide what to do next - get crops now, or maximize yield?

These jars are the result of extra material that wouldn't fit in the bigger sweater boxes once all the junk (BRF cakes using PB, hpoo, coffee, coir & eggshells) got mixed together. Since there isn't anything at all poking through casing layer yet on the larger tubs, I didn't think very much was happening with the jars (the fruits are probably one-day old). There are loads of knotting.

What would be the best course of action at this point that wouldn't destroy the progress so far?

It's been at least a month since the last harvest and the cupboard is dry, so we could really use them right now, however, it seems such a waste to not maximize what we got.

Any ideas ? Thanks for your time !
