I have this piece of paper in my pocket, that might be worth 200 Million
    #7330975 - 08/24/07 07:33 PM (16 years, 7 months ago)

yeah, so i bought a lottery ticket for the mega millions drawing, worth like.... 200 million

I think that its sooo funny how in an instant this little worthless piece of paper in my pocket could very well become worth 200 million dollars in just a moments time, most likely without me having a damn clue of its change in status....

And imagine, who ever wins, their life will be changed forever in a major way, in just a moments time....

I suppose that what im getting at, is that im awestruck at how much can change, how a persons life can be changed permanently, in the blink of an eye.....

Yeah, but all that money would just make you miserable I'd bet. unless you spent it on a golden statue of yourself, that'd be bad ass.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but you don't have the winning ticket.  You see, I bought the winner earlier today.

I feel sorry for people who go out and spend money they can't afford to spend on lotto.  They just cling to that one hope aginst hope that those astronomical odds will come down in their favor.  I once heard someone refer to the lottery as "a tax on the poor" and that sounds about right.  But I still go out and buy a ticket when the numbers get real big just for kicks (but only if I've got a few extra dollars in my pocket).

Megamillions, here I come! :smirk:

One thing for sure, I'm springing for a bitching Shroomery gathering if I win.  All travel, accommodations, food and necessities provided by me....in Amsterdam!!

The cocksucker who wins will probably bitch and moan about how it made his life miserable yadda yadda yadda. A loser with 200 mill will still be a loser apparently.

Oh man....the shit I would do.

I would buy a massive compound with a mansion and all kinds of shit. I would get several tanks and I would have a badass gun range. I would do cocaine non-stop and throw decadent parties. I'd be dead in probably two years or so. It would totally be worth it.

Id buy the presidency at some small island paradise such as Niue or something and rule the land with an iron fist. There would be messiah like statues and paintings of me everywhere. The people would refer to me as the shining light.

Sounds totally cool. You should dress like a banana-republic dictator (big aviator glasses, military uniform, greasy hair, etc..)

that's not a bad idea. I'd definitely make some graven images of myself for display around my island or wilderness compound. I'd exchange food and utilities for undying loyalty and worship from the serfs that I'd have cultivating my land.

I would pay off my student loans then buy my dad a house and pay for it to be furnished exactly how he wanted it. Then I'd buy myself a house, a car, then pay to have both hooked up big time. Then I'd throw a party with all sorts of drugs, then I'd purchase some stock. I'd donate $50,000 to a good cause, then just live off the rest of the money.

That's way too conservative. You need some decadent self-destruction in there.

if i won i would live a pretty modest life, i mean i would have fun but i wouldn't take it too far like any given celebrity who has 20 mansions in 10 different countries etc.
i would be sitting on a stock pile of LSD and mushrooms though:crazy2:
