If you have metal pipes maybe a blowtorch
But if you have pvc piping it would melt it.
Generally speaking on the otherhand it's probably not a good idea.
Since coir is organic, any drain cleaner that targets organic stuff should work (most of them do as they are mostly powerful acids/alkalis) but you should use a little at a time to let it soak through. Have you tried poking a long piece of wire (coathanger or something) down the drain while the water is running to stir things up?
Good luck, I'd hate to have to rip up a bathroom floor.

snake and lye would be my first two thoughts.
then stop using whatever method you're using to hydrate/pasteurize

Call a plumber and next time hydrate your coir in a bucket,a gallon of water for every brick, unless you count using hot water I have never made an attempt at pasteurizing coir

I steam pasteurize it. 140-150(F) for about an hour.. but then again I pasteurize my soil mixture for my seedlings as well. I get tired of contaminates killing off my plants...lol

next time pasterize it in a big pot of water on the stove and drain it in your sink so anything you miss gets caught in the trap.
