I wonder if anyone here can identify these 2 cacti my grandma has in her garden :smile:

top one looks like a hybrid.
definitely not a peruv.

bottom one could be a trichocereus spachianus but then again, theres alot of cacti that look like that second one there.

it is not a cuzcoensis or a peruvian you can tell just by the second pic of how the spines look

i am not sure of the name so

wait till someone else comes and id's it

cactus one is Stetsonia Coryone. where the Aeroles are is a circle of white. Also at the top the newer spines are black???

however stetsonia usually has more defined ribs and larger v-notch's. if severly etoliated i could imagine in being a stetsonia but the lower spines and growth doesnt look right either. heres for comparison...

It sure is a stetsonia, look at the huge white areoles...
It usually is a fat cactus but it looks severley etiolated.

Thanks alot for all the input, it propably is etiolated so I would go for Stetsonia this time :smile:
