I'll hopefully update as they grow. I have leeched away at loads of mycoporn and love it!! Only fair to share some of my own

I'm looking forward to seeing how they fruit from Hpoo and testing the potency   .

This is the first time I've done bulk style teks albeit on a small scale, but I think I'm on the home straight now...

I'm terrible for this hobby though...I have pounds of shredded Hpoo stockpiled, just finished building a monotub and nearly have enough spawn ready for it for the next grow and this one ain't finished yet!!

Man oh man do i ever remember the first pins I seen on a casing. Even with a crappy pinset it is so fun to see all of them. Too bad most of them don't grow up to be big boys.

*** UPDATE ***

Day 2

Not really side pinning but lots more round the edges than in the middle...they are appearing in the middle just not as many.

Any suggestions for improvements greatfully received.

I had one that did that for the first flush, but then went wall to wall for the second flush. Apparently, conditions weren't quite perfect the first time.

*** UPDATE ***

Day 4

It has just occurred to me why the pin set is all around the edge!
When I made the lid I drilled holes around the edge of the lid and covered with micropore tape. There were no holes in the middle of the lid. That pinset is bang in line with where the holes in the lid were.
The lid was on during spawn run and for 3 days after casing layer applied before fruiting.

I wonder if that applies just during the 3 days after casing or for the whole spawn run (2 weeks)???

Any ideas anyone?

Day 5

They just keep doubling

I might have to sacrifice a few of them for saturday night. I know they are young and they would only need another day, but there should be more where they came from and I am out at the mo!!!

Day 6 - End of First flush

casing now picked  hehe my fingers smell of shroomies
Haven't got a weight yet but will do in a little while.

They are fairly little but then the sub was only just over an inch deep and there is less than a litre of it!
I used about 1/3 pint of spawn.

A minature bulk grow!!

Gonna have a celebratory cup of tea in a while

~1 litre Hpoo + 200ml wbs spawn + a little peat and verm + 4 weeks = 82g wet first flush.

I'm happy with that. 2 goes from a small tray

Can't wait to see how their coir/mgmc Hpoo/mgmc brothers get on, they're just about to pin and are a little bit bigger
