Does boiling a frosty glass piece ruin the frosty part?

I bought a cool frosty bubbler and i'm worried about ruining it..

It's sandblasted glass. Boiling water is insufficiently hot enough to melt it.

is frosted Glass any harder to clean? all i use is rubbing alcohol works fine on normal glass just curious if its any harder, because of the "pour-es-ness"?
