Remembering trips

Every time I trip it gets really hard to remember exactly what went on during the trip (both for shrooms and lsd). Every time I've tripped I smoked pot on the come up, so could this be the reason? I've also been smoking a lot of pot, at least once a day, so my memory is a bit fried :S Is there any way of remembering all of my trips? I mean, I remember parts of them, but not 6 hours worth.
Does this happen to others here? It's kind of frustrating... But I do remember feeling very good and enjoying my trips

I honestly have the exact same occurrence everytime I trip aswell, it's very frustrating. I just remember bits and peices of the trip. I have never smoked pot on the come up of a trip, but I have on the come down.

ya i would go 2 raves and then once i eat my shrooms or pop my pill the rave ends and i have no idea wut happened
