How often can nitrous be safely used?

The general consensus seems to be that as long as you get enough oxygen and don't use it heavily, nitrous is pretty darn safe. Exactly how much is considered heavy usage?

I've put down a couple cases (~50 cartridges) in a day on a few occasions and have always been fine.

Just be sure to take a vitamin B12 supplement if you're going to, or have done, a lot.

Yeah, I'm taking a b-complex. I don't think I could do 50 cartridges a day. Yesterday I was just kind of excited because it was a new thing - I haven't done any today - yet. But I was thinking more along the lines of regular usage...like would it matter if you did 5 cartridges every day without breaks? I actually did feel a little dazed earlier today after 10 cartridges yesterday, so I doubt I'll do that again...or not often at least.

It's very safe. Just make sure to:

1. Clean the cracker often (gunk builds up)
2. Don't inhale the cold air. Make sure it's warm, it helps on the throat and lungs if you do a lot.
3. If you do more than 10 a day consistently, I would take some B12, but otherwise it really doesn't matter.
4. I'm sure this goes without saying, but only use food grade or medical grade (if you can find the stuff) nitrous.


I did about 10 a day for a week, but I've since toned it down. It's a VERY fun drug.

Yes it is. I've had the most amazing shit happen to me on just nitrous and pot.
