Ythan, question about the Growery.

Do you fear negative feedback from any kind of government official?  I mean the Shroomery is/was relatively low key compared to Overgrow, and if the Growery has as much information and techniques as the Shroomery, it's going to generate enough hits to pique the DEA's attention.

I personally love the idea of the Growery, and I think it'll be a huge success for you and those involved in marijuana culture, but don't you fear any legal feedback?  How can you keep it as safe as the Shroomery?  :confused:

It's not illegal to have a website, I don't think. Overgrow was shut down due to illegal sell of seeds.

I'm pretty sure they've had legal advice multiple times for the Shroomery, and nothing here is illegal. OG got shut down (as I'm sure you know) because of seed trading/selling. As long as the Growery doesn't get caught up in that noise it will be straight. It might garner attention from the LEOs, but they won't be able to do anything except eat their donuts in anger.

Reason:
Hosting an information database on the cultivation of plant products is not an illegal activity and there is little good reason to assume any harassment would come of us doing as such. If this were to be a problem, the Shroomery would have had been battling in the courts for the past ten years! The Growery will operate under the same framework as the Shroomery, paying heed to all applicable US laws.
