Baraka The Trip 2001 A Space Odyssey Waking Life
I don't really watch films whilst tripping though. A good comedy on the come down is rather nice though - Wes Anderson's or the Coen Brothers' films tend to be good for that.

"NOW EAT!" by Brotha Lynch Hung
or..
I imagine the new "Planet Earth" series would be pretty neat while you're tripping. But planet earth is always neat while you're tripping - the real thing's most likely better.

Man I hope your wrong about Pan's labrynth, cuz thats just what im gonna do. Just came out the 15th and Ive got it coming through netflix.
The one movie I am horrified to watch tripping is Pi.
But to the original poster, If i were to pick one movie for tripping, it would be "Being John Malkovich", especially if you havent seen it. That movie is a trip in itself. I made a thread like this a while back and another shroomer recommended it.
You really gotta take someones word for this, or just go on intuition because the experience is so much more amazing if youve never seen the movie before you know? Otherwise your just kind of revisiting, and thats why i wish i watched Malkovich tripping.

holy shit and planet earth is amazing. It looks like life on another planet half the time. I can see tripping to that, of course with some good background music.

It'll be awesome for 80-90% of it, but theres a few parts that'll make the the trip interesting.
