 Here's an idea to save those contaminated jars!!!

So your all excited when you innoc! you put them away and watch your calender. after a while you finally open you closet and look and your little children. OH NO! 3 have contamination but still have culture! you know what you have to do...destroy and start over  but wait! I have a solution:
The jars with contamination can be saved! put them into a segregated chamber, away from your good cultures. and grow them as you would your others. Remember to pick the fruit and store them away and labeled "BAD" from your good fruits. This also means to do dunk and rolls in a separate container, just keep them completely segregated to not contam your good stuff.
Now that you have your good fruits and your bad fruits in 2 separate bags, enjoy your good fruits. and use any tek you want that you find on here to extract crystal Psilocybin from your contams. They were going to be destroyed anyway. your not wasting good shrooms, only potentially dangerous ones. and the pure Psilocybin is safe because the alcohol will kill the bacteria. and if you botch it. no harm no foul, think of it as practice when you start on good shroom extraction, and you still got your good shrooms.

generally most people don't save contaminated jars due to a number of factors:
1:Substrate is soooo cheap, its not worth contaminating your house with mold spores
2: Jars themselves are cheap, so its not worth it compromising your grow areas with mold spores
3: If you really want to get mushies out of your jars, take the contaminated substrate and bury it in a compost pile outside. Its not worth introducing trillions on contam spores to your work station.
And by them way, Mushrooms grown next to contaminates are perfectly
safe to eat, even Green Mold. We don't throw out contaminated cakes because they are detrimental to our health, but to our future grows.
It's been said many times on this forum: Yeah you can fruit a casing with greenmold, If that's the last flush of mushrooms grown in that house"

you cannot save any contamed jars ever. you will just spread around mold spores and contam everything for future grows

This can be very dangerous. Mushroom mycelium only produces trace amounts of actives until it enters the tertiary phase which produces fruitbodies. Toxins present from potentially harmful molds in the jar will be extracted into the mix. If some of the toxic black molds or fusarium are present, the extraction could prove fatal. Sorry, but this is not a valid way to save a contaminated jar, and can be extremely dangerous.
