Its been over 2 years since I've Shroomed...

Im in the military and I finally realized they can't test for mushrooms, So I decided to start growing my own (haven't started yet) I'm a little scared however, Its been a very long time since Ive shroomed. what is a good recommended dose for me? Ive only shroomed twice in my life and of all the drugs I have done, Mushrooms is my favorite. another question is: is it better to eat the dry or fresh from your culture? thanks.

Fresh is more potent, but I don't know dosage advice on that.

as for dry, start with a half 1/8th and see what that does for you, then step up to a whole 1/8th.
