pan cyan overlay?

Does pan cyan tend to under colonize if exposed to light early or will it overlay if left in the dark? And any experiance as to the degree of either?

pan cyan mycelia is weak and if the casing layer even contaminates a little bit, it will be completely overrun. The best method to use is to apply a thin layer of manure and verm, let it colonise as much as possible (as it will not overlay in terms of stroma present in some cubensis strains), water and let go for fruiting
