 Probation woes

I'm on a year probation for my 4th DUI and was almost done with all fines paid, drug/alc classes finished, DARE class attended, fines and court costs paid. Then the last month ( I was clean most of the tie on it) came up dirty for weed.
So now I am doing 20 days but just on weekends. My suspended sentence is 90 days and after the 20 served could be 70. I just think probation will trip me up again because this county is very bad at messing with people compared to just another county adjoining it. I have been on probation many times and have never been violated..I just got thru them and got off (even smokin a lil weed).
My question is that I think they will try to catch me up on some minor thing because they already got me in the net. I think I have already done my share of punishment (already served 3 months in jail) and now this. I think the probation officer could say I haven't completed another 52 weeks of Intensive Outpatient treatment, but I have already went thru the scheduled 26 weeks, and am now going back voluntarily for free, it has been over a year I have been doing these classes. Or she might find some other petty infraction and then give me more time. I just want to get this over with. My attorney despite giving him over 4 thousand dollars has helped not one bit..I would have been better off just representing myself.
What would you do? Should I just wait and see what happens. After my 10 weekends and June 12th this should be over, but I sense something will keep me on this sentence even longer. It has wrecked my life and taken close to 3 years with 2 of them with my license supended. When will it end?

I had one DUI with possession of drugs years ago. (it sucked)
this is your fourth! It will end when you stop drinking and driving.

You have 4 4 DUIs and your bitching that you're attorney did nothing because you got probation? You're lucky you didn't do 1 year inside. You should have.

4 DUI's? I would give him more than a year in prison my self. Charge him with a sort of "attempted negligent homicide", and send him away for many years, and life time driver license suspension.
After murder and rape, I cant think of any crime worse than drunk driving.

Such harsh judgment without knowing any facts...
For example, I'm going to be pretty forgiving of somebody that blew 0.08 four times as opposed to somebody that couldn't stand up.

You have to be criminally STUPID to get 4 DUIs blowing an oh8. I just don't care whether you are too stupid to stop driving drunk or too stupid to stop getting caught driving barely drunk. A non distinction in my book.

Sounds like your lawyer did a damn good job for 4k. Had you got a better attorney and paid a little more you might be off. But your ass is sitting in jail constantly, you should be very happy.
I dont think drinking and driving is as awful as a crime as its made out to be. That said...dude...FOUR... stop getting driving under the influence and they wills top trying to put you in jail. Pretty simple.
Had you not used a lawyer, you most likely would be sitting in a cell right now...
