The most silent aqua-pump?

Hello everyone. First post here, so be gentle
I've over the last month gathered all the needed materials for starting my own little grow. Everything is good, except for the pump - it's really noisy.
So my question is; can anyone please recommend an aqua-pump with a very low level of noise?
Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the shroomery friend. I can't think of any good reason for using an aquarium pump in mycology, but if you want a quiet one, inquire at tropical fish websites or suppliers. Generally, from my experience with raising fish, the more expensive the pump, the quieter.
I realize some new growers use fish tank pumps, but there's far better ways to provide fresh air, such as simply leaving the lid on the terrarium loose, or better yet, drilling holes in the sides, top and bottom. RR

Thanks for the answer.
I've ordered gotten the pro. grow kit from MM.org, and, as mentioned earlier, gotten the makings for my own customized setup.
Anyway, the pro. grow kit from MM.org looks like this
My question is now; should I open the lids in the top for fresh air or drill holes etc.? Does this setup actually provide the needed things for growing mushrooms, or should I go out and buy myself some new gear for the other, customized and self-made setup??
I really appreciate any form of advice and comments.
Thanks in advance

Wow, thats a small set-up. Things could be a lot simpler and bigger.
Perlite for RH holes, fanning, and/or lose lid for FAE A large rubbermaid clear tub for a fc.
Good Luck, and welcome to the shroomery- the best site on the planet.

Best advice I can give you is get a big tote tub, or a mini 3 tier, or larger 4 tier greenhouse, a cool mist impeller type & go from there.

The one I have, as actually twice the size. But I am already looking into assembling my own self-made setup, I just want to get all the needed parts before I'll do it Since CO2 is heavy, will it do any good to open one of the ventilation-slots in the top of the lid, or will I have to drill?
I'm at the moment waiting for my thermo hygrometer to arrive, but what would you experienced growers estimate the humidity to be? Is it ok?
Thanks - I really appreciate the support.

Agreed, and unplug any heaters on that thing. You never want to heat a fruiting chamber, as it only causes condensation to form on the sides, which steals your humidity to make useless water that then runs down and breeds bacteria. mm.org takes me to a dating site. I hope that mess didn't come from one of our sponsors.
For a small terrarium, rinsed and well drained perlite makes an excellent humidity supply. Drill holes or leave the lid loose for air exchange. RR

It's from www.magicmushroom.org, so yes, it's from one of your sponsors. But I'm having a difficult time understanding what the problem with 24 -+ Celsius fruiting-chamber.
Anyway, I've been told the small "drops" of water on the side is a good sign? Hmm

The problem is if 24C is warmer than your room air, you'll have condensation on the walls of the unit, which is undesirable. RR

Then how would I be able to get it to 24 C? Think I'm gonna go to bed and look at this with a clear head tomorrow. If any of you could link to a good tutorial w/ pictures on how to assemble a great setup, then please do!
Thanks.

24C is normal room temperature. If you're living in an igloo, just run a space heater in the room. Don't heat the terrarium. RR
