i read in a pf tek that u can grind up a mushroom cap with some distilled water and make it into sorta a slurry and inoc a rye jar w/ about 4-5 cc's of this...
what do u think of this idea?
or would it jus be more economical to make syringes out of prints?

This way it will contaminate, because the cap is far from sterile. Where did you read this? Taking a print the right way ensures the least risk of contamination, and in mushroom cultivation avoiding contamination is the #1 concern, as you will see.

Well, a friend down the road says this: He tried to inoc some qt. jars of popcorn this way one time, and said he used this procedure:
-Take a desirable specimen and pick it up by the stem with glove covered manos. Carry over to a sterilized pf tek jar that has a little h20 in the bottom and a blender blade style cap. Snip the cap offclose to the union of stem to cap, and let the cap fall in. Hit puree, and then take that mixture, divvy into 10cc syringes and inoc popcorn jars with 10cc each. He did this for penis envy to get a decent bulk started with no intention of re using any future spores, so it is not known whether the cap actually had some spores in it. Nonetheless, after a few weeks (it was a tiny amount for the size of jar and type of sub) he was able to pour the colonized pc into a mixture of poo and verm and other goodies, and then he cased the top with straight verm and missted occasionally with some very low percent h202 sol. It produced no aborts, and many many many little perfect penises. All the spcimens reaped roughly matched the characteristics of the original, and again, he saw no heavy or even moderate spore production from these fruits.very high potency, long visual trip with moments of reality and trip getting confused. Ate two grams dry. He has talked about trying this method as a way to maybe get more evenly characteristic generations from more easily sporulated subspecies of cubes.

I wouldn't risk it. To much at risk for contams. I suggest doing so from the print.

this i what it said y tissue from a mushroom is preferred to spores for innoc of the spawn jars.
the mycelium does not need to germanate its starts growing immediately
normally only 1/3 of the diakratic tissue in a multi spore innoc is capable of fruiting. by definition this tissue came from a fruit body and is capable of fruiting
since every mushie grown on bulf substrate is of identical genitic origin they will be very close in potency
ne truth to this?

As i said, my friend said thet he only tried this method because penis envy strain don't like to sporulate much, and wanted some bulk. It worked well for that, and got even potency for the hole grow. The only problem was the length of time to get the original jars to colonize.

As stated above a mushroom cap is FAR from sterile, this sounds like a great way to grow everything in the world in your jars except mushrooms.Get some jars colonized and do this http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=2&Number=6344843&PHPSESSID=&fpart=1#Post6344843
And if you don't want to do that at the very least take some prints the right way and make some lc from spores
