WBS TEK First wbs

OK so the spores just came in.. I have two syringes of amazon, i bought two bags of wild bird feed from walmart.. i have a 10 psi pressure cooker.. cleaning materials, i have a bunch of questions.. where do i find Ty vek, how do i measure out exact percentages, forinistince the hpoo tek says to use 90% straw and 10% poo how do i measure the percentage or even get into a close range, is there a procedure to do so? so I'm going to be using the 6t WBS tek I'm going to soak my wbs for about ten hours.. then I'm going to stick 6-8 jars in pressure cooker for 2 hours.. I'm going to do 20 jars.. any suggestions..(how do i put the syringe together that was sent to me the needle is separate from the syringe) what dose is mean when someone says load PC at 15 lbs for 60 minuets.. how do i know how many lbs are inside the PC.. do i need to go get a scale? Thanks

OK man, that means load your PC till its full. Then cook at 15 PSI for 60 mins.

Please do a little research, at least hit the archives!!

And a little common sense goes a long way.

its been a day and a few hours since inoculation noticed no germination is this normal.. also when i took the jars out of the pc one jar had black watery stuff down the side of it.. so i threw that out and the rest of the jars cernals are kinda blackened at the tips.. i assume this is burn and not contam.. i inoculated anyway.. how long should i expect until the spores germinate?.. when should i shake the jars?

Spores will take anywhere from 2-3 days to a week to germinate. Don't know what to tell you about your jars. Never had blackened bird seed before. Doesn't sound good.

10 psi is not enough really. You need 15 psi

i pced for 2 hours.. the first batch i forgot to put water in and they were in for 15 mins so i took them out put water in and continued to pc for another hour and fourty five minuts.. i pced each batch of jars for two hours.. allowed to cool over night i also inoculated each jar with 2 cc of spore solution
