watering outdoors

I am planning an outdoor grow and have two possible places. The vacant lot accross the street in a heavily wooded subdivision or my family's farm which has cows on it. I want to do it at the farm but I don't know how I will be able to water the ground every day seeing as how I don't live there and actually no one does because it is a summer home. Climate is rural missouri. Any ideas on keeping the ground moist?
