Resterilize those moldy jars...

Something you can do when you see mold germinating in your jars is to resterilize in the pressure cooker and inject spores all over again. you save yourself a ton of work this way since there is no need to prepare new jars. In order to do this you need to catch the mold as soon as it starts germinating (should take just as long as cubensis mold to do so). Also this wont work with bacterial contamination cuz the rice just gets too nasty. but for colored molds it works great as long as you catch it within a week or so of injecting!!!
