lighting methods for inside my fruiting chamber?

I've got a fruiting chamber that is completely black with a black lid so no light gets in or out(stealth).
What methods can you think of for getting light in there, i was thinking of mounting some kind of light to the inside of the lid, the only problem is, i can't find what kind of light i can use in a humid environment.
Thanks. Maybe a fluorescent light intended for a fish tank or something?

Cut out the middle of the lid and put plexi glass over it using silicon glue.

I've used a regular grow fluoro from walmart w/o any problems for a long time. It cost like 7 bucks and has a place on the back of it to mount with screws. Just measure out your distance (hole to hole) and shoot in some screws. You can drill a hole big enough to pull the cord out of and then stuff it with polyfill or tape it off.

I don't want to be able to see into the tub, or to see any light coming from the tub.

the best way I'v found to work is get a small stran of 50 christmas lights and cut a hole in the side just big enough to get them in and pen or hook them around the inside of your fruiting chamber. christmas lights do not put off any heat so they work better than a lot of other things I'v tried. perferably the colerd lights like blue works really well. you can use silicon or poly fill to fill in the hole on the side.

This is my setup, and it works great! Three stick on LED lights that run on AAA batteries. They last really long!

Oh, and I think I got them at Walgreens. They are push on and off, so you could control how long they stay on just by pressing on them.

Does kind of strike me as an excuse to use LEDs...... and the solution, if it even needs one, is ultra basic
now if you'd posted saying, I want some kick ass LEDs in my grow chamber... it'd be a whole different thing

Yes LED's very low heat and lasts a long time also easy to mount. Christmas lights create to much heat as with any other incandescent lighting inside of a FC. Fluorescents work just as well as LED's but are larger and harder to mount.

You can use LED's. Don't use flurescent lighting in a sealed, high humidity environment. In additions, fluorescent lights will heat your FC beyond the optimum fruiting range. RR

I got a LED under cabinet light from Lowes that works great. I cant find it on there website, but its a small round fixture with about 25 LED's in it. Cost was around $15-$20. I just drilled a small hole, ran the wires through, sealed it up with silicon and double sided tape the light to the lid. I just got a pic of it. should work great for your needs.
