Vendor/sponsor list not working

I just noticed that the little bar below the advertisements at the top of the page that links to the vendor list takes you to the right place but it doesn't work. It says

Warning: mysql_db_query(): 9 is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /var/www/shroomery/sponsors.php on line 100
