I did not collect any of them.
Habitat-Riparian zone, Alder/Fir/Maple/Cedar trees.

Growing exclusively on one section of a rotting log(fir-cedar?)

Cap-.5"-3", convex to umbonate.
Pale whitish on margin becoming yellow/brown at towards center.
Green tint on some whitish parts.
Some aged and wet ones were minimally striate at margin.

Gills-Close, broad, whitish/flesh coloured, becoming purple with age.

Stem-1"-4"
White/yellow, turning more brown at base with age.
    Fibrous and tough.
    No noticeable veil remnants.
I didn't check if it was hollow or not.

As I did not collect a specimen I did not take a spore print.
The spores that were on the gills and caps of lower mushrooms were clearly a vibrant purple.

I don't think they are edible or active, just curious what they might be. I couldn't find anything myself that it seemed to match up to yet.
Thanks for any input/ID in advance.

Probably Hypholoma capnoides, maybe C. fasciculare.

I'd go with H. capnoides. H. fasciculare is an eastern species that grows from hardwoods, not conifers. They are considered edible, but not worth seeking out.

Happy mushrooming!

Yes, and the gills are not quite green enough.

I'd lean towards h. capnoides as well. Try tasting a small bit, if it's very bitter, you have h. fasciculare. If it's not, based on the description and photos, I'd stick with h.capnoides.
