 My first Grow attempt

Hey all,
I have been reading the forum for some time and as of today have received everything I need to start my grow (jars and geolite were damn near impossible to find). This is my first grow, and I'm hoping it will work out. Anyways heres what I have so far
Syringes: 1 PC Creepers, 1 PC Treasure Coast
FIRST QUESTION: which would be best to start off a noob with (they were all out of b+)
Incubation:
1/2 pint jelly jars (not the best I know)
Aquarium heater
2 plastic bins
BRF cakes
Fruiting chamber:
10 gallon aquarium poor man's pod
Alright so theres my materials. Now that that is out of the way, I have the jars soaking in 10% bleach solution right now to kill any baddies that may have collected there while they were sitting around. Tomorrow I will be mixing up the cakes and cooking them @10psi for 90 minutes (I only have a 10psi pcooker)
SECOND QUESTION: If I finish the cooking by 3 tomorrow will I be able to inoculate my jars at 10 o'clock (7 hours)

the answer to the first question is either. they are all cubensis so they wont vary in difficulty to cultivate. the answer to the second question is probably not, and why risk it? youve waited your whole life to grow, whats a half day more gonna hurt?
i will add that as a beginner you have a higher chance of failure so you should look into liquid cultures in case you screw up.

buy the mushroom cultivator...a good investment. Also either strain is ok. I like aussie myself. Listen to Roger Rabbit and agar and all teh oldtimers thew know there shit. Visit www.shroomwizard.com and order his new tek. Not the one here for free.

Def make a LC or two. I would wait overnight to innoc. If it's hard to wait overnight, man you have a very long road ahead. Patience is a virtue.

I was planning on waiting i just wanted to get a jumpstart since I would like to have my produce by january 21st. But if not, I'm still excited to see them grow.

Removed the jars from bleach late last night, and am planning to cook up the cakes in about 6 hours after classes are over.

The jars are cooking right now.....
I used the updated PFtek recipe of:
.25 BRF
.5 Vermiculite
.25 Water
Sound about right to anyone????? It felt like nice and moist dirt to me when it was done but im just checkin to make sure this will work.

hey everybody,
I inoculated on thursday, and have been incubating my jars at 80f since then...
My jars are lookin good I think, but I have found one that has a contam I think (black mold???)
