plenty.. they will immidiatly start their growth cycle too. you should see a little growth in a couple days or so

i use about 1/2cc per innoc hole.

i use 5 holes in my widemouth jars so that's as much as 2.5cc in a jar and it works out great.  i also use a 60cc syringe for LC innocs because im sure you can do the math here to realize a 10cc syringe doesn't get you very far with LC when you're using that much. :wink:

spores, are microscopic.  you only really need a drop per innoc hole for growth.  mycelium on the other hand, is not.  for the most part, what you see is what you get.  (sure its possible there's some very small fragments you don't see with the eye... but we're talking in general here).  so the more in your syringe the better.  if it looks pretty light on the mycelium, use a little more.  you don't really need to worry about over-moisture until you start getting up over 4-5cc...

I've used up to as much as 1 full syringe, but that was on a quart jar of rye. You don't need much, but the more you use, the less waiting time you have, up until you start throwing off the water content drastically.
