pea shoots, micro amaranth, beet flowers. Dressed with sherry vinegar and hazelnut oil, fleur de sel, fresh pepper. It sits on a frico of parmesan.

recipes?

i never use them, except when baking.

i'm just a common folk and usually follow a recipe letter for letter

that salad sounds good!

i love salads esp.
