Has Anyone Seen the Sacred Psychedelic Circles in the Sky?

Ever since my first visionary Entheogenic Excursion on 200 Heavenly Blue Morning Glory seeds in the spring of 1972, I have looked for the emergence of silvery (astral?) mandalas that become superimposed on the sky and clouds. On that trip, my partner Kenny saw them too and simply exclaimed "Gears!" One must have a certain dosage level and be able to learn to 'gaze' - a technique similar to if not identical to the practice that Casteneda's Don Juan Matus character called "seeing" in which one shifted from physical 'looking' to astral "seeing."
http://iasos.com/artists/jparker/
I have a copy of Joseph Parker's 1973 poster 'Sunrise in Blue' - the first piece on the above site. Although not centered on the sun, and in paler silvery-blue hues (usually), the symmetry that visionary artist Parker depicted here is about as close as anyone has come to demonstrating my own visions. I am curious if anyone else has these visions - almost reminiscent of the prophet Ezekial's vision of the Ophanim - celestial beings that appear as wheels-within-wheels perpendicular to each other, studded with eyes as if to imply omniscience.
Here is that great woodut showing the Explorer piercing the veil of space-time into a timeless world of Archeypes, wherein one can see an Ophanim depicted. I suppose that I identify with this Explorer. Anyone else out there know what I'm writing about?

As a kid I used to see that on the sky so often that I was practically staring at the sky all the time. Then I grew uo and even now I'm able to see them, very rare though and especially when I'm somewhere on the mountain on anyways from what I noticed I see them after I take more contact with nature.

On my first dose of mushrooms, I stared at the sky and the clouds spiralled inward towards the sun. Kinda like a fractal.

I have seen those glory bits - patterns embossed on clouds and on blue sky too.
as a kid I used to see that the air was full of diamonds, as if the sky were made of clear jello in the shape of diamonds but I think it was just the cracks showing as my brain was putting the world together out of glances, my brain may have been overloaded with questions and absorbed by childhood wonder.
for years I thought it was related to the white raven that was strutting on my parents driveway, but that was just an unrelated albino creature that arrived at the same time.
or just further inexplicable synchronicity
of course I have learned how to make that more accessible as an adult.

I have a morning glory glowing on my hand planked second floor patio that me and my father built. Morning glory is truly awesome flowers. Up there with some of the best. Yeah I've never done the seed, actually at this moment in time My seed pods are developing.
"seeing" It's like seeing auras, fractals, spirits, or Psi Energy. This is too real of a skill to be denied. And it is not as supernatural as some may think Any magnetic human can tap into the vibe skill of their body.\
What is a '"Ophanim"' Why do you agree with the artist? Why is the man laying down and reversed head?
I have seen this image you posted before, and it always made me think. For a while
edit, more questions:
What does the tree, and double wheel represent. Is that a double wheel? A fraction wheel? Why is there only two star cactus bushes, and one of flowing grass.

I think I know what you're talking about, and I'd wish to discuss my ideas and thoughts more thoroughly but don't think I have the time right now. I'll just answer real quickly.
I always trip on the "design" that seems to be superimposed (or maybe sublimated, which I don't think is the right word at all, but what I mean to say is that the design I see appears to occur in my mind and leaks into the conscious phenomenon of perceiving the external world) over everything I look when I'm tripping on a good dose of shrooms and is even more clear when viewed with my eyes closed and in my mind. And the picture in the link you posted, the sunrise in blue one, depicts really well the design I see.
At first I thought of it as it's just what happens when psilocybin/psilocin interacts with my serotonin receptors and nothing really to write home about. But then I thought, even if that was the case, what in the external world is stimulating my sense organs to 'cause that phenomenon regardless of the chemicals in my system. Are there things going on out there that are really happening and we're just not able to perceive them because of our naturally determined, physiological composition? And can different chemicals, modalities make it possible for us to see into different dimensions/realities?
I'm probably way off.

I've not seen these circles.
But last time I was peaking on shrooms, I had to lie down. And as I looked to the clear blue sky, I saw pillars of energy or waves rising above me. It seemed as though the earth was giving off some sort of field.

I don't think you're way off. I used to think your latter position, but I'm more inclined to see it as unconscious processes being projected onto seemingly external phenomena. The mandalic form however has Jungian implications, and it makes sense why the most popular names for Morning Glories are 'Heavenly Blue,' 'Pearly Gates' and 'Flying Saucers'! The first time I couldn't believe what I was seeing, and later I thought that I had dreamed the event (which I corroborated by asking my trip partner).

Yeah, doilies really are a good description, but there is rotational motion and kaleidoscopic changing while yet retaining the same pattern tone. Perhaps intricate gears like a translucent clockwork. Sometimes the gear-like patterns take on something that looks like MesoAmerican art or masks. A repetative form in any case. Often I can allow a free-association process to change the forms. I think I have seen the idea for M.C. Escher's 'Angels and Bats' mandala (before I actually saw the art!)
No streaming light, but perhaps an irridescence that can be pearlescent or silvery or greyish-white. If you've ever had an astral projection that has lasted long enough for you to look around the landscape where all edges and boundaries are slightly shimmering with 'astral light,' then that is another approximation.

I have not seen what you have described...but I have seen this image in the sky made out of high stratus clouds...
I was at an outdoor festival trippin balls to the wall, and just stood outside as the sun went down staring at the "fishbones" in the sky. It was incredible!

No I havent - but I have (on weed, tea, coffee, honey and psilocybe cyanescens) been able to let my focus shift(like in magic eye pics) to another level or way of seeing things .
Very interesting,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Were the words "Fear No Fish" present in the clouds too? I mean, seeing even a skeletal representation of a fish is symbolic - usually for 'Christ' - a very early symbol for Christ that secret Christians used to identify one another. The symbol lives in our Collective Unconscious.

Now you know that Christianity has not taken this symbol over. It is the symbol of Compassion embraced by Wisdom in Tibetan Buddhism (a development over Consciousness 'shrouded' by Form, as in Hinduism). What else did you think it was - porn?
This inquiry has not been an idle one for me. The rotating 'Pearly Gates' of Consciounsness has been a major visionary hallmark of profound Psychedelic Experience for me since 1972. Few there have been that were bold or brave enough to admit openly that they were seeing something that they 'Knew' others were not seeing. Even psychedelics-takers are reluctant to admit visions, having been perjoratively programmed to call them 'hallucinations' after a medical model of mental illness. I Know that I'm not mentally ill and I welcome others who have open-eyed visuals to report their experiences howsoever different from my own. Those who volunteered - Thank You!
The closed-eyed kaleidoscopic visions are seldom if ever discussed on this forum, but it was the mid 1960s Time-Life book entitled 'The Mind' (one of a series that I still own) that first taught me about psychedelics and the jewelled visions of Havelock Ellis and Gordon Wasson. The Jungian, Indian and Tibetan associations with these inner mindscapes of vaulted ceilings of Light and color, replete with sublimely rare emotions of mystical ecstasy, are among the most Sacred aspects of my entire life.
Thanks for listening. Thanks for being an audience for my witness. Thank you for sharing the Experience (you Know who you are).

I think that given the innate tendency of the human mind to look for patterns this is not surprising. It is the evolutionary feature that allows the beginnings of knowledge. Pattern seeking = primary evolutionary feature and foundation of knowledge. Also the history of these symbols is both interesting and not surprising given that humans evolved with "active" plants/fungus. It gets really interesting if you are someone who see's these without ever having previously heard of such a thing. SO it comes down to the chicken and the egg.
Personally I tend to see paisley type patterns making up a rotational star field.
And it seems like the people here and IRL that I have talked to, have one of maybe 3-4 pattern types. And that trips me out. Just as there are different colors of skin, could there be different variations of consciousness? Different paten seeking evolutionary strategies? I have read all sorts of different things into this stuff my whole life. Things from the super fantastic to my more reserved self now. But for me to have this all be a natural human (some higher animals like dolphins and elephants?) tool is absolutely incredible. If the cosmos consists of every possible possibility, then to live in a universe where this has happened is incredibly fortunate.
Could people minds be typed using these pattern groupings? Their natural abilities, personality types, learning type? Is this the assembly language of our higher mind? Is this the key to a matrix style learning ability? Where else does this surface in our lives? Is it going to be the source of future bigotry?
Or is this all a legend passed down through the centuries? What if every one of us has heard something at some point even if you can't remember it that lays the subconscious suggestion that these are the things you see?
