I was wondering if i could shoot some spores into some cow shit in a field and have them grow? If so what would be the best time to do it? After a rain or what?

Sure you'd be better off, but if you owned the field then what could be the harm? Or, if you don't own the field, it would take less effort just to shoot some spores into a cow paddie at home and watch em grow in your back yard, wouldn't it? Anyway, the best time to inject spores would be before the rain so the spores could settle and germinate when the water hits. Constant water after the germination isn't necessary (but helps) until 2 weeks after inoculation, when the mycelium might be able to produce fruit (can take from 2-4 weeks, depending on strain, climate, and growing method).

What type of climate conditions do i need to grow them outside? Can i use anything to catalize there growth?

So what kind of climate conditions would i need to do this? And is there any tips on growing them faster by adding certain things?

You need to do your research! If you want to take on this task its up to you to learn what you are doing! Learn about mushrooms and mushroom cultivation.
The reason I stated what I did above was for the fact that this is not an easy task and it wont come quick if at all!

Listen to the others, it's not worth while... check out some of the indoor or outdoor cultivation documents. There are plenty of good ones on this site.

Spores won't germinate on crap, I know, I've tried many times and under different conditions. You must germinate the spores on grain (such as rice, rye, bird seed...) once you have colonized some grain, you can put that to a patty and the mycellium will colonize on the crap. It's baffled me, but the best explanation seems to be that the spores that land in grass and grain that get eaten by cows germinate in the stomach, then colonize the Hope this helps.

I would suggest innoculating a horse stable with chunks of colonized Psilocybe cubensis mycelium..
Find a horse stable with a mixture of horse dung and stable shavings, and inoculate away!
Distribute chunks of colonized substrate into the beds of horse dung and stable shavings, and wait for that beauty to start producing some shrooms.
Also, most horse stables have places that they put a large pile of horse dung. Inoculate that patch with Cubensis mycelium and wait for it to start growing some premium shrooms.
