Roll Call!

Our King Jesus Christ has promoted me as the airline steward to administrate His roll call for our itinerary to travel back home. If you're ready, then please sign up to join the rapture. If you're not ready, but wish for your name to be on the roll call anyway, then feel free to come register. Be sure to email or text message family, friends, neighbors and/or associates about our roll call. If they don't hear, then how will they know or be saved?
Each name not on our Lord's roll call will be left behind when our Lord arrives to pick us up.
Amen!
Prov14:35 The king's favour is toward a wise servant: but his wrath is against him that causeth shame

I think even if I saw that elf/fairy creature 1,000 times, it'd still be just as funny looking.

i am in if such a thing were to actually manfiest.
i am not sure how posting about it on a message board would earn you salvation though.
i'd also prefer the sober tripping and an expanding state of gnosis about the operation of the world, as if gradually awakening into awareness of a dream and expanding into unison with God... though. and for it to be heart centered and love oriented

Om Namah Shivaya, I tell you What!

Sorry foolish pink, but I'm traveling home to Cydonia on a flying saucer piloted by the Sex Goddesses from Venus. I get Kosher dinners too!

Obviously he's talking about the End of Days, and the roll call is an awful metaphor for the Book of Life. Being in the Book of Life will save you from the rapture, as the Book of Revelations states.
Personally I don't think there will be a second coming of Christ, even though I am Christian. I believe the second coming of Christ is within yourself, and when you will eventually reach Christ-Consciousness, you will ascend to the Kingdom of Heaven and be One with the Lord Himself.
Most Christianity preached in the church is based on fear, and people think that unless they make sure that everyone is made sure of their belief, they will not find salvation. They wear their religion on their bumper, right as they cut you off on the highway. They will go to church because they think if they follow the Law and preach to everyone that they do, they will go to Heaven. Pharisees of modern age they are, just with their numbers multiplied.
I find more of a connection to Jesus in Buddhism and even Shamanism than I find in most churches. You can't be with Jesus, just by saying it, you have to demonstrate it with every act you do. I don't see much sense in the modern belief how you can live your entire life denouncing God, then repent right before you die and go to Heaven. However, I don't see much sense in people spending eternity in Hell for their mistakes on Earth. Reincarnation as a means to get to the Kingdom of Heaven makes much more sense to me - only once you become one with the Lord will you attain freedom.

The rapture isn't even in The Book of Revelations, is it? I thought it was just some kooky idea created by Catholicism.

Being in the Book of Life will save you from the rapture, as the Book of Revelations states.
Why would I want to be saved from the rapture?
Quote:
rap·ture n.
1. The state of being transported by a lofty emotion; ecstasy. 2. An expression of ecstatic feeling. Often used in the plural. 3. The transporting of a person from one place to another, especially to heaven.
and when you will eventually reach Christ-Consciousness, you will ascend to the Kingdom of Heaven and be One with the Lord Himself.
What gives you the impression that the Kingdom of Heaven isn't currently at hand?
Oh, and please describe what "Christ-Consciousness" is.
