What Are These Tufts ? I have my first few pins yaay ( pics )

Ive look at loads of pics of casings and i haven't seen many with these tufts growing out, i was wondering if they might turn into pins but they've been there longer than the real pins you can see.

I'm happy with how it's going but i thought I'd make a post to check if you think everything is ok.
There's some yellow myc piss in one spot, not sure why it's only in one place.

The temp their kept at is about 78-80f during the day, i have no way of controlling temp.
Night time temp is about right at 71f.

Too much humidity cause the myc to grow these...

I think it's too warm during the day time, i might try opening the bag an extra time a day to try reduce the humidity.
