Can anything stop a Peyote trip?

Right now I'm taking 50 mgs of Tramadol for some aches and pains I've been getting. I tried some peyote lastnight, but got very minimal effects.
Now, I know I probably didn't take nearly enough cactus for a trip. But, I was wondering if Tramadol could stop me having the trip. Anyone hear of anything like this?

It could slightly diminish the effects, but it isn't considered a hardcore opiate, so I think you'd probably be good to go.

Yea, thats what I was thinking. Caused I popped 50mgs after my workout today. But, I wanted to take a higher dose of Peyote tonight.
Just wasn't sure if it would effect it or not. Thanks though.

Two buttons won't do much. Seven buttons provides a real experience.
Wait a week. That small dose that you didn't even feel still left you with a tolerance.

Yea, might have a little tolerance. But, I think I'm going to bump it up to 5 buttons tonight.
That should work.

One seven button experience would have blown away your two smaller doses.
Grok in fullness, waiting is.
Waiting is always worth it when it means the difference between getting off and just being psychedelically stimulated.

wait a few days dude.
i wasted good mescaline because one day i did a small dose and got just a tease of some trippy visuals and strange feelings.
then the next day i figured i wouldn't have much if any tolerance and drank the rest of my cactus goo and not a single thing happened other than of course the bad things that happen from drinking cactus goo
just wait, especially because peyote is rare!

2 (or 4 with your tolerance) with a full dose of pedro is said to be nearly the same as a full blown peyote trip. I've heard this from a few sources. Guys whom I know have the buttons to "spare", and have also taken 12+ in mexico. I assume you get enough, or nearly enough of the additional special lophophora alkaloids with just a few mature buttons.
Don't take my word on it, but keep it in mind for the sake of preserving the babies, and perhaps give it a try.

If you DO take a high dose, remember, it lasts very long. I've heard of a trip lasting 24 hours and a peak for 14 with 550mg. Just make sure you know how much you are taking.

That seems quite a bit above average for 550mg, even with the hcl salt (as opposed to the sulfate). 14 hours total is more reasonable if you're not redosing. Anything is possible, depending on the individual or other drugs taken, but 24 hours off that amount would be impressive.
