LC Transfer?

I made up a couple of LC tupperware jars. (The microwaveable ones) At any rate, both are showing signs of growth, but the suran wrap appears to have dislodged itself from part of the edge of my jars and is swimming in the liquid.
How should I go about transferring my LC to something like a glass jar where I can control crap like that?
Glovebox?
Oven Tek?
Just Oust the shit out of the air and dump from one jar to another?

And also, when I make my new jar should I add more water/karo and sterilize it before I make the transfer? Or should I just use the existing mix with a clean jar?
