That whole tray costs $6 at the Japanese market.
Fat ass chunks of tuna and delicious wedges of avocado
The packets inside are ginger and wasabi.

I tried it for the first time last night, I ate some kind of crab thing and it was pretty gross. I couldn't get myself to try the tuna things.

Yellowtail is where it's at. Shrimp sushi is boring shit.

I hate sea food, it makes me want to vomit.
I decided to try it last night and it was just as gross as I remembered.

Fuck yeah, nothing like eel sushi to top off the whole meal in the end.

I agree. I really can't stand shrimp sushi. It's nappy.
Hella: try some rolls. I know a lot of people who don't like nigri sushi(fish on rice), but love rolls.
My nigri sushi favorites: -Salmon -Tuna, any kind -Squid -Octopus -Mackerel

Oh fuck, I love yellowtail. I went to my favorite sushi bar the other night, and the chef made me an eel roll topped with mango.

Here's something for ya, KC. This came from a local grocery store.... sushi is so prevalent on the islands that you can get pretty good rolls at the store. It's a great snack after work, post 4:20 and pre-supper.

mmmm, sushi! I'm probably the only hick-ass, redneck that dig's it out here. I'm about 26 or so miles outta Cleveland, and whenever I'm in town, me and the wifey hit up a good sushi joint. (Surprisingly, Cleveland has a shitload of way-fine establishments-for ANY type of cuisine) There are a ton of good sushi joints in Cleveland. There's even a Sushi Rock Cafe over by the Hard Rock. I feel gay as hell going in there, but they gotta few killer items I dig, like the Spicy Crunch (spicy tuna, yellowtail, salmon, spicy sauce and crunchy tempura scallion) and the Crazy (Unagi, avocado, masago and cream cheese deep fried).

that's called a bento box and it's kind of like the equivalent of getting a hamburger meal to go..
i think tuna and salmon are my favorite fish when raw
