Id suggest tripping 2-3 times max a month, some people do it more then this, some less. This leaves enough room between each trip to make it worthwhile.

agreed just dont do it so often that the trips become meaningless but if u do it everyday and they are meaningful i say go for it just remember to respect the shroom

i say to the max, once every 3 weeks to 1 month. by doing so you are always guareteed to keep "the magic" of the mushroom

Once a month or so. Mushies aren't great for your liver. Granted, neither is alcohol, but some discretion never hurt. Everything in moderation, unless you want your mind blown. Then go all out. :grin:

Whatever is cool for you is the best answer though. :thumbup:

I would say once every 3 months to 6 months. The more spaced out you take them, the less spaced out you will be everyday.

What's the rush? You have your entire life to trip.

I do some of my clearest thinking in the days following a mushroom trip. Being 'spaced out' is generally something to strive for in my humble opinion. :mushroom2:
