Tripping / Dehydrates your body?

Almost every time I trip I sweat excessively and feel as if my body is being robbed of moisture. Not to mention that my eyes and throat feels dry.

*However I feel that I need water, I don't (cant) drink any water.

Any one feel the same? Hoping its not just me.

I do sweat more than usual while tripping sometimes... Never have a problem drinking water though... Maybe keep the water at room temp and sip it slowly?

I know exactly how you feel. I usually just wash my mushrooms down with a couple glasses of water, and sip on water throughout the trip (Just enough to get my mouth nice and moist).

I didn't mean that I could not physically drink water, because I can.

I meant more like you feel that you don't need it, or would not drink it if it was sitting in front of me.

i always dehydrate during tripping.
thats why im constantly drinking water though :wink:

At times I get consumed by my everyday life and will leave the Shroomery. Yet, every time drugs come falling into my life for fun.....I always think about the Shroomery and then I'm back!

Never said you couldn't physically drink water (assuming you're reffering to the advice of sipping the water). I know exactly what you're saying about the feeling like you don't want/need it, I get it as well... Sipping the water just makes it seem a bit more appealing rather than chugging it or filling your whole mouth.

This may seem a little weird but when tripping I also preffer a wider shallower cup as opposed to a tall thin one... I really have no idea why...

The dehydration is caused by excess amounts of epinephrine and norepinephrine causing your autonomic nervous system to become overactive.
