Isn't it a little early to start planting? Especially tomatoes. Peas and garlic can be planted Columbus Day weekend around here, everything else needs to wait untill late March or early April here in PA, which is in growing zone 6. The other garden is started indoors and very happy at the moment.

I'll be planting in march, unless we get a gust of bad weather. Weather is suitable now, but i'm sure that will change at least once more b4 march.

Thats what I'm sayin....unless your planning on starting seeds indoors that is...

Its fucking freezing here, zone 5, nothing even goes near the garden until march-april. It must be nice to live in the warmer regions.

PS, i suggest to anyone JL Hudson, seedsman for any seeds, they've got veggies, plus tons of ethno's, opium poppy, datura, deadly nightshade, trichocereus, All for $2.50 or less, most are $1.50, the veggies are mostly $1.00. All they sell is 100% real, non gen-enginered seeds.
pm me if u want the addy to request a catalog.

Remember that Simpson's episode where Homer tried to become a farmer and he used uranium on his farm because he thought it would give him huge plants, but in actuallity he made Tomacco (tomatoes mixed with tobacco). You should try to get your hands on some of that uranium and splice pot and tomatoes. Wonder what you would call that plant?
