wet jars

My jars are extremely wet on the inside, they are just about fully colonized. The only thing is that the moisture it seems has shrunk the cake and it is sliding in the jar. Should I just fruit these bad boys?

Should I just fruit these bad boys? *NO*, everything sounds perfectly fine, you,ll notice moisture in the jars, and the cakes will shrink. That will help you get them out, when they are ready.
Wait around a week after 100% colonization
