GT showing signs of growth in 4 days...

Today is the 4th day since I inoculated my 3, 1/2 pint jars, and they are showing some signs of growth. YAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!! Couldn't have done it without you guys.

Whats up man...Congrats on the growth. I too am on my first grow, doing pf cakes and they seem to be going good. now im waiting for some of the cakes to pin. But neway, Good luck Bud

when you know the jar is fully colonized 100% follow hyphae's pinning strategy Faq's worked great for me I just had my first harvest from poo got it at tennesee stud 300 grams wet from a pint of rye berries. They are golden teachers those bad boys sprung up quick and grew fast.make sure you search old posts for ideas and you'll have no worries. peace out bro  :headbanger: :peace: :sunny:

What kind of substrate? I just inoculated some GTs eariler today! About to do a few more in an hour or two

BRF 3, 1/2 pint jars, I bought some brown rice, and ground it up with a pepper grinder(it wore my arms out) I used fine vermiculite. the recipe: 1 1/2 cups vermiculite, 3/4 cups BRF, 3/4 cups bottled water. I actually had enough substrate to make a total of about 5-6 1/2 pint jars. PC'ed at 10psi for 50 mins. Incubation temps. are 84-86. During inoculation I didn't flame my needle I just wiped it down real good with a rubbing alcohol soaked rag. Well, thats about it, it isn't as complicated as I thought it would be.
