Visible Non-Spore Particles in My Syringes..?

I made 2 syringes the other day. This is what I did.
I took two baby food jars, made a tiny whole in the lid for EA, sprayed it with alcohol and wiped it clean with a paper towel. Then I put a pin on each of the PR caps I was going to print, cut the cap where it and the stem met, and placed the cap directly into the jar. I closed the jar, and put that jar itself within my Glove box.
For the syringes I boiled a pot of water. I sucked up the boiling water into the syringe and puched it back out 3 times, on the forth i left the water in the syringe.
The next day when the syringes were cool, i placed them in the Glove box and sprayed it with disinfectant, waited a few minutes then got to work. I opened the lids, squeezed the water into the baby bottle, scratched the print a bit with the needle so it can stir with the water, and sucked it back up.
Well here is the problem. When i carefully look at the syringe. i can see small non spore particles floating around. I think they might be fabric particles from the paper towel i used to wipe down the jars. Are these syringes garbage? Should I use a different method next time? I dont want to use aluminum because i want to use my syringes ASAP and figured using aluminum right now would require an extra step i dont need (scratching the print off the aluminum and transporting it into the jar).

first off do you have a pressure cooker?
I'm not going to write out my process unless you do.

Yeah I do, an 18 quart PC. I think I have a smaller 6 quart PC too. I read PC'c were not necessary for printing though, plus i hate PCooking.
What do you suggest? I have two more PR caps that will be ready to pick in the next 5 hours for printing.

Print your next flush to alum foil...or on glass.
---
How I make my spore syringes...
I wash my baby food jars in the dish washer. Put some water into them...put the lids on the baby food jars. Stick 2 baby food jars into a Quart jar...without a lid on the Quart jar. Pressure cook them for 30 minutes...and you have sterilized water in the baby fgood jars. Let them cool down in the pressure cooker.
After they have cooled down... move them into your glove box or still air box. spray the air with Oust..and wait 15 minutes. take your spore print and scrape some spores into the baby food jars. put the lid back onto the baby food jar. shake the jar to spread the spores out in the jar.
When ready to make syringes...
In your glove box...Open your new syringe from the wrapper and put the needle on.
or follow your used syringe tek that you mentioned...but shoot the water out into a glass inside the glove box.
then open the baby food jar with the spores in it...in the glove box. and suck the spore solution that you made into your syringe.
works like a champ!~
---
you might get contams from the particles from the paper towel... that you see floating around in your spore syringe. the only way you will know for sure is to try and use it.

Thanks man. I'll use this method instead tonight.
How long should I PC for? And, if i use a smaller PC that the quart jars wont fit into, can I just place the baby food jars directly in the PC?
One last question. When i do print to aluminum foil, what would be the proper way to sterilize aluminum? I obviously cannot wipe it down with alcohol and a papaer towl because then the aluminum itself will have the particles...?

20 to 30 minutes in the pressure cooker.
I like to keep my baby food jars off the bottom surface of the pc rack. find something else they might fit into...or keep them above the water level inside the pc. it also keeps water from the pc from entering the baby food jars.
Wipe the Alum foil with alcohol and a cotton swab...when making prints. no particles with the cotton swab.

All i do for a syringe tek is...i used syringes over and over again..i take a pan boil some water..in mean time i whipe needle with alcohol....then wash...now auck up boiling water into syringe let sit for 3 minutes so it kills germs in syringe....nowe shut off stove and suck up new water from the hot pan and let cool in syringe then use a shotglass an d squirt of water in it and scrape spores into water in shotglass then shoot rest of water form syringe in shotglass then suck up into syringe and boom that works for me!

Hey Roadkill, if cotton swabs don't leave particles, couldnt you just alcohol wipe the jars with a cotton swab instead?

So I'm guessing that means I could do it then without the use of a PC if my fingers fit(lol)....?
